HIA ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES
The Halloween Industry Association, Inc. is a non-profit trade organization incorporated for the purpose of building and promoting the celebration of Halloween and the business of its membership. For the year 2008, annual dues are payable on or before April 1 and based upon the level of annual sales of the member company, as follows:

| UP TO $10MM | $2,000.00 |
| $10MM UP TO $25MM | $5,000.00 |
| $25MM AND ABOVE | $10,000.00 |
Applications for membership should be made to the following address and accompanied by a check for the applicable dues made payable to: Halloween Industry Association, Inc.
