IHS 2019 Members & Buyer's Party		12/4/2019	12/4/2019	6:00 PM	7:30 PM	12/4/2019 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM Presenter: Halloween & Costume Association (HCA) On Wednesday evening, December 4 from 6:00 PM till 7:30 PM, the HCA will be hosting a party with an open bar and light hors-d’oeuvres. This year we will be at the same location, Bo’s Kitchen & Bar at 6 W 24th St., within walking distance from the show. This is a great opportunity to network with other buyers and HCA members.
