Much of HCA's work throughout the year comes in working with government, both national and state, on regulations that affect manufacturing, importation, or child-product safety. HCA partners with larger associations on advocacy, because its members’ concerns frequently align with groups like the National Association of Manufacturers, the Toy Industry Association and the Americans for Free Trade Coalition.
