HCA has a brand new Executive Director, effective March 2nd, 2022! Welcome, Michele Boylstein, an experienced Association Executive at AH (Association Headquarters). She has been in the association industry for over 23 years in various positions and has worked with some of the top 50 conventions and trade shows in the US and internationally in her career. Driven by her passion, she takes pride in providing the best guidance possible to association leadership. As a seasoned Association professional, Michele's goals include providing governance and guidance in strategic plans for association leadership, engaging members, building awareness of member benefits, promoting education, and increasing attendance at meetings. In addition to her primary job functions, Michele enjoys running on mountain trails, swimming, spending time snuggling with her two shih tzus, and her 2 year old grandson, Jacob. She will be responsible for the overall management of the HCA. Michele will work with the Board to lead the organization and implement HCA’s goals and objectives. She also will manage the rest of the HCA staff which includes financial, meeting, membership, executive management as well as communications, and public relations/marketing.
