This competition is open to Halloween product manufacturers, HCA members, and non-members.  

Please submit one online entry form for each category you intend to participate in. Your product could fit into multiple categories. You must determine which category best suits your product. If you would like to submit your product for multiple categories, this is acceptable, but your product may only be awarded in one category.

It is mandatory to use the online submission portal provided. All submissions must be in English. The contact person on the submission form needs to be the primary contact. This person will receive ALL email communication regarding questions, and notifications if your product(s) has been selected/not selected as a finalist. 

Before selecting categories for entry, kindly review the HCA Awards Guidelines. HCA reserves the right to reclassify submissions and disqualify those that do not meet the specified criteria. We encourage coordination with your business partners to avoid duplicate entries, which may result in vote splitting.

HCA Members enjoy a complimentary submission (discount code needed) followed by a nominal fee of $50 for each additional entry. Non-members are charged $100 per submission. Please note, award submissions are non refundable.

The award is open to Manufacturers/Licensees.

Your product must be introduced during the next ten months or have been on the market for less than one year.

In your submission, explain how unique and innovative the product is. Also, describe its performance in the marketplace if applicable, including sales. Providing retail sales numbers and the number of outlets is helpful for our judges, if applicable. 

Please include two high-resolution images per entry in PNG, JPEG, or EPS formats. One image of just your product, and then another one in use. Horizontal images are preferred. HCA reserves the right to utilize one or more of these images during Finalists Week and/or the Awards Ceremony if your entry appears on the ballot. Note that your submission will not be considered without at least one image.

You may also include a link to a video. However, the decision to include any video links with the ballot rests solely with HCA.
